De Speler
Where is it?
One of the locations we regularly use is De Speler, Thorbeckelaan 18, 3551 BR Utrecht, Netherlands.
There is free street parking nearby the venue.
In order to get in the building, you will need to access the main entrance on the corner of the building. In the Google Map above, its specific location has been flagged. The picture below shows the part of the building where it can be found and the keypad where you can enter the code to open the outside door.
There are two keypads outside the door, make sure you use the right one, highlighted in the picture.
Once inside, you will see the interior doors in the pictures below, enter the code to open the door. If you have entered the code correctly, you will see a light slowly blinking between red & green.
Repeat this with the second internal door shown in the picture below.
Once inside, go up the stairs on the left. At the top of the stairs turn right and then head straight down the hall through double doors to room 2. The room also has a keypad where you will need to enter the code.
If it’s your first time: Come in with the others between 19:50 & 20:00. For entry into the building regular participants have the keycode to unlock and open the door. This can be obtained after your first visit via our WhatsApp group or by emailing info@theatersportworkshops.nl. Please note that the code will only work 15 minutes before the workshop begins, and is only active after the organiser has arrived and used their code first.
