Relationships & Meaningful scenes

This course focuses on the real main skill in acting in improv scenes: acting = reacting. Learn to create a relationship with the other character(s). Become a character with emotions, whishes, opinions and let your character be touched and changed by others. You will discover that your scenes will have more meaning and depth. This course is especially good if you want to play more open scenes than structured games. You will discover that you don’t have to “be funny”to create engaging and often still funny scenes.

Level: intermediate. It is advised that you first do the courses Beginners 1 and 2, including show experience. 

Teacher Emma Holmes. 
The trainer Emma Holmes is specialised in Improv, Stand-up Comedy and Storytelling. Emma has a sharp eye for how you can become a pleasant co-player for the other players. You will learn how you don’t have to act funny, but let the fun evolve from the story (finding the game). You will learn to be silly, out of your comfort zone without fear of failing, Presentation skills, active listening skills. And much more.

About the payment
