Courses & classes
We offer courses and drop in lessons to everyone, no previous experience of impro, acting or comedy needed. Complete beginners are welcome. We have professional and experienced trainers who create an open and inclusive atmosphere.
Shows
Many of our courses have a Graduation show, often followed by an Open Jam: the audience is invited to play easy improv games on the stage.
Community
Improv Utrecht is a great way to meet new friends. Improvisers are very optimistic and open-minded people. We gather for drinks on Friday evenings after the drop in lessons, in O’Leary’s pub. We go to eachother’s shows and to other theatre and comedy related events in town. In the summer there is “Theatresports in the park”.
Corporate training
Improvising is one of the 21st century skills. It is taught in schools and MBA and leadership programs. We offer leadership training, teambuilding events and improv comedy shows for events. Your team will laugh a lot and learn a lot in this unforgettable experience.
